What service do we offer?

Home Care Centrix offers a variety of services to help create a seamless daily experience for our patients. We work with you to team you up with the right Home Care Aide (HHA) to best suit your daily needs. HHAs assist patients with completing important personal tasks such as dressing, bathing and a variety of hygiene needs. Additional aspects of this position include assisting clients to remain safe in their own homes by providing a higher level of assistance with minor cleaning and instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs) such as cooking, light housekeeping, and laundry.

Our team has a special focus in epidemiology and bacterial transferring - essentially we practice very clean habits! All HHA personnel are training and approved prior to visiting patients once entering the company and are periodically re-freshed on these trainings to ensure that a clean patient environment is always top of mind. These practices and trainings mean so much to us because it ensures we maintain our patients with optimal cleanliness and health safety measures.

How do patients pay for services?

• We are proud to announce that we are currently accepting patients from most insurance companies including Medicaid.

• We are also accepting patients who seek to pay out-of-pocket. An agency case manager will be able to walk you through the services we offer and pricing information.
